We are excited to share that the 2025 Africa Health Summit will take on Thursday 24th April at the National Assembly, Praia, Cape Verde and the awards ceremony on Friday 25th April 2025 at the Tropico

Following a highly successful event in Lagos, Nigeria in 2021, Lusaka, Zambia in 2022 and Dakar, Senegal in 2023, 2024 in Ghana, this year we are in Praia, Cape Verde.

We are set to bring you a knowledge-packed, insightful summit themed: ‘Advancing the One-Health Approach: Safeguarding Africa’s Health and the Planet.’.

This presents an opportunity to learn, share, and collaborate with thought leaders from all over the continent and from around the world.

To also learn from experiences, find synergy, foster sustainable and equitable healthcare.

The awards dinner will take place on the evening of Friday the 25th April in a glitzy ceremony at PESTANA TROPICO HOTEL, celebrating excellence in healthcare.

The aim of the award is to recognise and celebrate the commitment, ground breaking work in healthcare and share best practices across the African continent.
